Aquilastrat

We find the one thing slowing you down, and work with you to fix it.

Not another report. We stay in the work with your people until the fix holds.

A limited number of engagements at any one time.
The difference

Most advice names the symptom. We find the cause.

By this stage, most founders have heard plenty of advice. Consultants, courses, frameworks, a drawer full of decks. What is rarely on offer is someone who finds what is actually wrong underneath, not the surface problem you have already spotted, and stays in the work until it is put right.

We find the one thing that is costing you time, money, or growth, and we put it right with your people, rather than handing you a plan and leaving.

What this usually looks like

The problem shows up in one of three ways. Most founders recognise at least one straight away.

The business stalls the moment you step away. Every decision still routes through you. The team asks before acting rather than acting, and a week off is not really a week off.

The same thing breaks, over and over. Everyone knows about it, nobody owns fixing it, and it quietly costs time and money every month it is left.

Growth has flattened. The team is busy, but new business still comes through you and your network, and it has stopped compounding.

All three are the same thing underneath: the business was built around you, and now it cannot move faster than you can.

Is this for you

It tends to be the right fit when:

  • You run an established, founder-led UK business, past the startup stage but not yet a large group
  • You sense something is limiting growth, even if you cannot yet name it
  • You want the problem resolved, not a course in how to resolve it yourself
  • You would rather have people in the work with you than commission another report
  • You value one thing done properly over ten things half-started
The engagement

One bounded fix, diagnosed and delivered together.

Not a report delivered at the end, but a working partnership built around one clearly defined fix: a process, a system, or the way you go to market. Chosen at the start, delivered together.

01

Diagnosis

We find the one thing that is actually costing you time, money, or growth. Not the symptom you have noticed, but the cause beneath it.

02

Scoping

We agree one clearly defined fix before any work begins. A fixed scope, so you know exactly what you are paying for and what done looks like.

03

Implementation

We build and deliver the fix with your people, bringing in specialists where a problem calls for them. Process, systems, or the technology it genuinely needs.

04

Making it stick

We stay until the change holds. Most improvements fail not because the idea was wrong, but because they were never properly adopted.

How it runs

A 30-minute discovery call, followed by a proposal, then hands-on delivery. In the first couple of weeks we confirm the real problem from inside your systems and data. If what we find is different from what we scoped, we say so and reset the scope and price with you before going further. Throughout, the work is documented as it happens, so results are something you can see, not just something we claim.

Investment

Scoped to each engagement, and discussed on the discovery call.

The scope is agreed before we begin, and no work starts until we both know exactly what it is. If the early findings change the picture, we reset it openly rather than press on. Short notice either way, and no long tie-in.

When to get in touch
  • You have paid for advice before, and nothing on the ground actually changed
  • You have added tools, but the underlying problem is still there
  • You know roughly where the problem sits, but not why it keeps happening
“Most businesses do not need another strategy. They need the real problem named, and people who stay to put it right.”

Questions

A consultant typically hands you a recommendation and leaves. We diagnose the problem and then implement the fix ourselves, in the business, alongside your people.

Suhaas Chittapurath leads every engagement and stays your main point of contact throughout, with a support team behind him. The people who diagnose the problem are the ones who deliver the fix.

That is the purpose of the discovery call. Most founders arrive with a symptom, not the cause. Finding the cause is the first thing we do.

No. AI is one of several tools, used only where it genuinely helps. Most of the work is process and systems.

A small number at a time. It is the only way to do the work properly and stay close to it.

The scope is agreed once the fix is defined, and the length is set to the work rather than a fixed contract. In the first couple of weeks we confirm the real problem from inside your systems, and if the picture has changed we reset scope and price with you then. Short notice either way, and no long tie-in.

Most founders do not lack advice. What they lack is people who name the real problem and stay to put it right.
